Miyamoto Junzo Memorial Hall: Omakeya ZUNZO

Every child dreams of the small toy at the bottom of their candy box.
Glico candies, and the toys that came in their boxes, were representative of the Showa era.

Omakeya ZUNZO is a memorial hall for the Glico toy designer and Western-style painter, Miyamoto Junzo (1915-2004).
The memorial hall has approximately 500 exhibits, including Miyamoto Junzo’s works and his collection (including Glico toys, paintings, and traditional toys from Japan and around the world).
It’s a place where everyone can return to be a child and not just look, but also play and create.
