Fossa Magna Park
At this park, you can observe the Itoigawa-Shizuoka Tectonic Line at a close distance, which is a large fault-line that divides the Japanese archipelago from east to west.
You can also observe some of the largest pillow lavas in Japan.
Hojogura brewery, a ten-minute walk from the park, sells regional sake made using local ingredients.
