Outdoor Yoga Class at Shiawase no Mori Park (Free, Registration Required, Limited Capacity)
Join us for an outdoor yoga class at the scenic Shiawase no Mori Park（しあわせの森公園） Observation Plaza, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Katsuragi and the Yamato Plain under the fresh, clear autumn sky.
This is a perfect opportunity to refresh both mind and body. Beginners are warmly welcome, as well as experienced practitioners.

What to Bring
Yoga mat or large bath towel
※ Blue tarps will be laid out on the ground at the site.
Notes
- Participants will walk from the meeting point (Michi-no-Eki Katsuragi Tourist Information Center) to the observation plaza.
- The path includes approx. 180 steps, so please wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for exercise.
