A fun event will be held at the observation plaza in Shiawase-no-mori Park, where everyone can create their own original kite and send them soaring high into the sky together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make your own unique kite and enjoy the beautiful sight that colors the skies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Application is required to participate in this event.
* In the event of rain, the workshop and traditional games experience will be held in the multipurpose room of Michinoeki (Roadside Station) Katsuragi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
