Nishimonai Bon Odori Hall

The Nishimonai Bon Odori Hall displays “Bon-Odori*” dolls, old dancing costumes, quilt, large wall hanging decorated with raised cloth figures, and indigo dyed drawings.
You can watch “Bon-Odori” on a large screen in the communication hall.
※ “Bon-Odori” means simply “Bon dance” and is a style of dancing performed during Obon that Japanese Buddhist custom to honor the spirits of one’s ancestors.
