Hasshogu Shrine
The Hasshogu Shrine is a tutelary shrine covering in Akamaso 11 Villadge, and the entire Shinsei Forest is designated as a natural monument by the prefecture.
There is an oral tradition that tells the story of an incarnation of the Hassho Daimyojin on a red horse that brought the Emperor Jinmu here, and the shrine is deeply revered as a god that brings traffic safety, happy marriage and easy births.
