All of Okutama Town is within a national park.

• No open fires or tent camping.
  Please check local rules and signs.
• Please take all your trash home with you.
  Illegal dumping is subject to fines and penalties.
• Trash attracts wild animals like bears.
  It can be dangerous.

Please be mindful that local residents live near the rivers.

• Use designated paid facilities for BBQs and camping.
  Advance reservation required.
• Loud noise is strictly prohibited.
  This includes speakers and musical instruments.
• Do not feed wild animals.
  This includes monkeys.
