The Yu-no-oku Museum Of Gold Mining History
The legend says that the Yu-no-oku gold mine, which prospered in the Sengoku period of the Middle Ages, was “ a hidden gold mine of Shingen.”
The museum displays the history of the Yu-no-oku gold mine and the ways of mining operations in an easy-to-understand manner using videos and dioramas.
Visitors can experience gold panning and bring home gold dust if they can find it.
