Izusan jinja Shrine
Izusan jinja Shrine is the origin of the place name "Izu."
It is also famous as a matchmaking shrine because it is where Minamoto no Yoritomo, the first shogun of the Kamakura Shogunate, and his wife, Masako Hojo, were married.
