Takebe Taisha Shrine
Takebe Taisha Shrine is an old shrine that is often called the “First Shrine of Omi.”
It worships Yamatonotakeru-no-mikoto, who is a god of success in life and good luck.
The Senkosai festival held by this shrine on August 17th is one of the Great Festivals of Otsu.
