Kanzanji Onsen

Kanzanji Onsen is a hot spring town on the north side of Lake Hamana’s Shonai Peninsula.
Opened in 1958, it is relatively new as an onsen, but it has been a well-known place for swimming, fishing, and watching the moon.
Kanzanji Onsen became one of the Tokai region’s foremost hot-spring recreational spots in conjunction with the development of transportation networks and sightseeing facilities.
It is the largest lodging town for sightseeing at Lake Hamana.
