Lover's Cape
Lovers Cape is a sister cape of the Two Lovers Point in Guam.
The observation deck has a stunning view of Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay.
Climb the stairs leading up to the observation deck with your significant other; these stairs are called the "path for holding hands."
At the tip of the cape is a "love-call bell."
Ringing it three times while calling your loved one’s name is believed to fulfill your love.
Go to Lovers Cape Stella House after ringing the bell to have a "Lover declaration certificate" issued.
