Maehara Park
Maehara park was built under the cooperation, which had started from the stage of its planning and designing, of citizen groups and the city.
Bringing the natural environment in, the park also has a function as a disaster-prevention facility.
With much playground equipment and a spacious lawn area, ponds, and flowerbeds, many people gather at the park for a picnic, insect collecting, and plant and flower observation.
