Ryugado Cave

One of the three largest limestone caves in Japan.
On the 1-km long sightseeing course, you can see beautiful illuminated stalactites and waterfalls, and experience a fantastical atmosphere.
You can also see remains from the daily lives of the Yayoi people of approximately 2000 years ago, including sacred pots from the Yayoi period preserved in travertine, the only of their kind in the world.
The projection mapping in the cave is also worth seeing.
In addition to the sightseeing course, there is also a popular adventure course on which visitors are given helmets and headlamps to explore the cave interior.
There is a Tosa Uchihamono shop located outside the cave, which has a forging station in the parking lot.
