Mt. Sanrei
At 1,894 meters above sea level, this is the tallest mountain in Kochi prefecture.
It is popular among mountaineers, and is included among the Two Hundred Mountains of Japan and the 100 Famous Mountains of Shikoku.
From the summit, you can see the main peaks of the Shikoku Mountains, including Mount Ishizuchi and Mount Tsurugi, and you can even get a clear view of the Pacific Ocean and the Seto Inland Sea when the weather is nice.
