Koshibu Gorge

Koshibu Gorge is a valley created by the erosion of the Ina Mountain Range by Koshibu River.
The area has been designated as Tenryu Koshibu Suikei Prefectural Natural Park and retains nature unaltered by humans.
Lake Koshibu and the Southern Alps have beautiful scenery that change through the seasons.
The area has become a popular driving destination during the season of autumnal foliage. The lake of Koshibu Dam is a popular place for fishing wakasagi fish and lure fishing.
