Tennogawa Park

The Tennogawa River once flowed through Tsushima City, but it was dammed up during the Edo period, leaving behind what is now known as Maruike Pond.
Tennogawa Park was designed to surround Maruike Pond.
The seasonal scenery of this park is what makes it so appealing.
There are cherry blossoms and wisteria flowers in the spring, water lilies in the summer, red spider lilies in the fall, and blankets of snow in the winter if snow falls.
It has also been nominated as one of the top 100 historical parks in Japan.
