Otsu Hana-no-sato Flower Garden
The Otsu region's slightly elevated mountain surface, located near the headwaters of the Aki River, is called the "Otsu Hana-no-sato Flower Garden," and during cherry blossom season, the entire area is colored by the weeping cherry trees, rhododendrons, and other flowers.
The best time to see the flowers is from late March to early April.
