Historical spot of Uozu
Folk materials from the Edo period to the early Showa period such as daily tools, farming tools, fishing tools and Uozu lacquerware as well as characteristic items of Uozu from the primitive/ancient times until to the present day are exhibited here.
In addition, the former Sawasaki Family House, which is designated as a cultural property of Toyama Prefecture, is a typical private house in the mountainous area of the Shinkawa area in the latter half of the Edo period, and you can also tour the inside.
