Befco Bakauke Observation Deck is located in Toki Messe, a landmark building of Niigata.
You can enjoy a sweeping view of Niigata city from 125 meters above ground.
On clear days, you can see the Sea of Japan and Sado Island, and you can enjoy a spectacular view of Niigata city at night.
The Observation Deck has a gift/souvenir shop selling products from Niigata.
There is also a café where you can relax and enjoy the great view.
