Sakura-No-Baba Josaien
Located right at the foot of Kumamoto Castle, Sakura-No-Baba Josaien could be said to be the castle's entrance hall.
Sakura-No-Baba Josaien is home to a number of sights & facilities, including performances from the 'Omotenashi Bushotai', a group of performers playing the roles of military leaders connected to Kumamoto's history, such as Katō Kiyomasa.
There's also unique Kumamoto cuisine, a selection of souvenirs at the 'Sakura-no-Koji' shopping arcade, and a tourist information center with multilingual support services.
