Tojinbo Cliffs

Tojinbo is designated as a national natural monument and scenic spot.
It features a spectacular landscape of gigantic columnar rocks (column-shaped rock joints) stretching for about 1km.
You can feel the eternity of nature in the rough scenery eroded over many years by the winds and the waves of the Sea of Japan.
Tojinbo has spectacular sunset views, and has been selected as one of “Japan’s 100 Best Sunsets.”
It is enjoyable no matter how many times you visit, as the scenery changes constantly depending on the season and time of day.
