Jokokuji Temple Main hall (Important Cultural Property)
This temple is said to have been founded by the Matsumae domain's first ruler, Yoshihiro, during the Eiroku era (1558-70) to mourn his ancestor, Nobuhiro Takeda.
The current main hall was built in 1758, and is one of the oldest existing temples in Hokkaido.
