Jisho-in Temple

In the temple of the Shingon Risshu sect, the principal image of the seated Yakushi Nyorai (Yakushi the Healing Buddha) has been designated as a cultural asset by Sango Town.
There is also a stone Buddha, Senkoku Yakushi Nyorai Kasekibutsu, which is nearly 3m long and is said to have been created by the Kaikei Buddha Sculptor and is also designated as a cultural asset by Misato Town.
