Mt.Yosho Park
The observation deck at Mt. Yosho Park offers a stunning view of the Mizushima industrial zone and so on.
It has been selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Nightscapes as well and was also where a proposal was filmed for a movie.
Other than the night view, the scenery changes depending on the time of day and weather.
