Kamiyatsu's Ancient Camphor Tree (Kamiyatshu no Ookusu)
In the 1988 National Survey on the Natural Environment, it ranked no. 16 nationwide and no. 1 in the prefecture for the largest trees in Japan.
It is said to be more than 1,000 years old and is designated as Saitama Prefecture's natural monument.
