Maruyama Park
For a famous sakura spot in Mitsue Village, it's Maruyama Park.
One hundred mountain cherry trees bloom with the arrival of spring, and this entire park is dyed in the brilliant colors of cherry blossoms.
In these mountain cherry trees, some are over 100 years old, and in the middle of April a lot of cherry blossom viewers visit, drawn in by the beautiful scenery.
Also, many beautiful sights turn up with the changing of the seasons aside from cherry blossoms: fireflies in the summer, vibrant maple leaves in fall, and a blanket of snow in winter.
