Ramen Town Oji
The city of Oji wants to be known as Ramen Town.
In 2018, an empty store was converted into a ramen challenge shop, where they held the Oji Ramen Trial for people who wanted to open their own business.
Those who succeeded in the trial and opened their own restaurants have seen them grow into popular locations loved by the town.
