Akutsu Hachiman jinja Shrine

Akutsu Hachiman jinja Shrine, which has the only three-story pagoda in Yamagata Prefecture, is with a long history, dating back to 860.
In the spring, the Yamato-mai dance and in the fall, the Ennen-no-mai dance are performed in a richly traditional way, and the tradition has been passed down from generation to generation.
At present, many events such as lighting up the shrine are held.
