Botchan Karakuri Clock
The Botchan Karakuri Clock was constructed in 1994 (Heisei 6).
The masterpiece clock tower switches between four melodies every hour and rises to a height of 9 meters when in operation.
20 characters from the novel Bocchan, which is closely related to Dōgo Onsen, welcome you with a "Shinrokaku" theme of the Dōgo Onsen Main Building.
*It operates every hour or every half hour, depending on the season.
