The outlet store STOCK BUSTERS opened its doors in October 2002 together with the cooperation of 150 manufacturers and trading companies local to the Tsubamesanjo area.
In March 2013 their second store location opened in Joetsu.
Customers can find kitchen utensils, household items, outdoor products, and gardening products offered at excellent prices that are 50% to 90% off the suggested retail price set by manufacturers.
More recently the store has been gaining attention as a tourist attraction.
