Lake Yunoko

This lake formed when Yukawa River was dammed by lava from Mitsudake.
It is about 3km in circumference and is surrounded by mountains on three sides.
There are walking paths on the shores, and you can walk around the lake in about an hour.
From late September to mid-October, you can see splendid, colorful autumn leaves here in red, yellow, and brown.
This is also a famous trout fishing spot, and is busy with visitors during fishing season from May to September.
