Saihoin Temple
The Saihoin Temple is the first nunnery in Japan and was founded by three of Prince Shotoku's nannies, who prayed for the repose of his soul by enshrining his hair.
Once every two years, the temple holds a 'marriage festival', attracting many visitors.
