Nagaragawa Ukai Museum

"The Nagaragawa Ukai" (cormorant fishing on Nagara River) is a tradition representative of Gifu City that has been passed down for more than 1300 years.
While the ukai season is from May to October of each year, you can also visit the museum during the off-season and experience the charm of Gifu's tradition of cormorant fishing.
