Gozu-Sanroku Urara-no-Mori
This information center is comprised of a number of facilities, including a tourist info office that offers guides about areas such as the Gozu Onsen Village, as well as a store that sells Agano specialty products and souvenirs, and a restaurant where you can enjoy fine dining made with local ingredients.
There's also a vegetable store adjacent to the building where you can purchase fresh produce.
