Primo Hall Yutorogi
The Hamura Lifelong Learning Centre Yutorogi, opened in 2007, is a civic centre that supporting lifelong learning.
It is connected to the Hamura City Library across the street by a bridge on the third floor.
A wide variety of events such as art appreciation, concerts, lectures and exhibitions are held throughout the year.
