Tomonoura Museum of History and Folklore

The Tomonoura Museum of History and Folklore is located on the site of the former Tomo Castle and is nicknamed the "Tide Waiting Museum".
The museum exhibits the historical materials of Tomonoura and folkloric materials such as the “Ote fire festival”.
After visiting the museum, the location overlooking the harbor is also recommended.

Transportation: From the JR Fukuyama Station, take the Tomotetsu bus to Tomonoura and walk for 5 minutes.
The bus takes about 30 minutes and departs every 20 minutes.

Charge: General admission ¥150 (¥120 for groups of 20 or more)
Free for high school students
