There is an observation lounge on the 25th floor that stands close to 105m above ground.
It offers a 330-degree panoramic daytime view of Mt. Fuji, the Chichibu mountains, Mt. Tsukuba, and Tokyo Skytree, as well as a gorgeous nighttime view of Tokyo.
