Yamachosuji (Street Lined With Earthen-wall Storehouses)

It was a town of merchants who supported Takaoka, a city of commerce, and after the great fire of 1900 (Meiji 33), mud-walled, storehouse-style residences were built.
It is called Yamacho because it has the Takaoka Mikurumayama floats.
