Jinpukaku

Jinpukaku is a Western style building from the Meiji era (1868-1912) that rises above the ruins of Tottori Castle.
It is famous for its spiral staircase without pillars, which is rare in Japan.
It is also popular as a location for the movie "Rurouni Kenshin".
