Gunze Hakubutsu-En Museum
The Gunze Hakubutsu-En is the natural history museum of the Gunze Corporation, which was founded in 1896 in Ayabe.
The museum is housed in an old building, which was used as a cocoon warehouse from the early Taisho period (1912-1926).
There are three exhibition galleries each with a different theme to introduce the relationship between textiles and people and the progress of technology.
