Niwayama Forest Natural Park

From the observatory, you can enjoy a view of Naie-cho, the Kabato mountain range, and the Ishikari River—a typical Hokkaido landscape.
In early May, the cherry trees, especially the Ezo yamazakura, are in full bloom, creating a "cherry blossom tunnel.” In the early mornings of May and September, a sea of clouds may appear between the Kabato mountain range and the park.
The Center House is equipped with flush toilets, a cooking facility, and toilets for the handicapped, making the park one of the best places to relax and enjoy nature.
