Himeji City Aquarium
It exhibits many creatures living in the Harima area.
It consists of the main building and a new building and has a touch pool where you can touch sharks and rays.
There are many hands-on exhibits where you can see, hear, and touch creatures using all five senses.
(The Harima region is an administrative division of Japan before the Meiji era (1868–1912) and occupies the southwestern part of present-day Hyogo Prefecture.)
