Kasama History Exchange Center Izutsuya

The Kasama History Exchange Center Izutsuya was build in the middle of the Meiji era, and the three story wooden building formerly known as the Izutsuya Ryokan main building is itself steeped in history, retaining an atmosphere reminiscent of the time in which it was constructed even after opening as a sightseeing exchange site with modern renovations on the first of April in 2018.
On the first floor, you'll find a sightseeing information area that will provide you with a stamp for Kasama Castle in Japan's Top 100 Castle Stamp Rally, and a café. The second floor is given to historical exhibits and a variety of other exhibitions planned throughout the course of a year.
