Crafthills Kasama features facilities such as a workshop providing the opportunity to experience crafting pottery by hand or on the potter's wheel, an exhibition room featuring Kasama ware artists, and a permanent exhibition for National Living Treasure Kōsei Matsui, as well as a gift shop centering on Kasama ware and a café lounge providing light refreshment.
