Michinoeki (Roadside Station) Katsura
This roadside station sells fresh vegetables, fruits, and other seasonal produce brought in daily by members.
Wild mountain mushrooms and sweetfish from the river are also available.
In the cafeteria, handmade buckwheat noodles made from Hitachi Aki Soba (made with locally produced flour) are very popular.
At the store, the large, lightly sweetened, and chewy manju buns are well-loved, and they are available in a variety of flavors such as mugwort, brown sugar, and sesame.
There is also "Katsu Dora," a dorayaki made with premium azuki beans from Tokachi.
