Shotengu Saikoji Temple

This temple was built by the Japanese mystic En no Gyoja, and is said to be the first temple in Japan where the Kangiten, an incarnation of Vairocana, is said to have appeared.
The temple also enshrines Daikokuten, the deity of fortune and wealth, and is visited by many people throughout the year.

箕面駅から滝に向かう途中にある西江寺は、鳥居が特徴的で、石段を上がると大黒堂や本堂がありました。ここは西国七福神の大黒天の寺で、境内には七福神を巡るイベントに参加する人々も見られました。
