Ojin-tenno-ryo Kofun

Boasting a length of approximately 425 m, a posterior diameter of 250 m, a frontal width of 300 m, and a height of 36 m, it is one of the largest keyhole-shaped burial mounds in Japan.
It also has a double moat and an embankment, and an estimated 20,000 cylindrical haniwa clay figurines were erected on the mound and the embankment. Haniwa in the shape of a long-handled silk sunshade, a shield, a quiver, a house, and waterfowl have also been excavated there.
Also known are wooden sunshade-shaped items and earthenware items in the shape of octopuses and whales.
