It took 10 years from 1929 (Showa Year 4) to build this new tea house and other facilities on the former grounds of Kishiwada Castle.
It was constructed as a grand circuit style Japanese garden and is registered as a Tangible Cultural Property of the city.
You can stroll around the garden and even enjoy Japanese cuisine.
