Mizugazuka Park

Mizugazuka Park is located 1,500 meters above sea level, and it has a spectacular view of Mount Fuji.
In the summer, it is the starting point of the Mount Fuji hiking course, and in the fall it is a spot popular for the beautiful autumn leaves.
It is famous as a photo spot for Mount Fuji where people can see the different views of Mount Fuji during each of the four seasons. In the parking area there is "Mori no eki Fujisan", which has a restaurant and shop.
Also, there is a cross country course covered with wood chips, so you can enjoy sports in the cool climate and environment rich in nature.

Parking: ※ The parking lot’s capacity is 300 vehicles (free of charge, excluding a period in which self-owned vehicles are not allowed access to Mt. Fuji).
During a period that starts around July 10 and ends around September 10, the park’s parking lot becomes a designated park-and-ride parking lot from where visitors take shuttle buses to Mt. Fuji. Parking fees apply during this period.
